of <h1>CBDT Amends Notification S.O. 733(E); Updates Chief Commissioner Roles in Delhi and Meerut Under Income-tax Act 1961</h1> The Central Board of Direct Taxes has amended Notification No. S.O. 733(E) dated July 31, 2001, under the Income-tax Act, 1961. In Schedule-I of the notification, changes have been made to the entries for serial numbers 3 and 83. For serial number 3, the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Delhi-III, now includes the Commissioners of Income-tax for Delhi-III, TDS-I, and TDS-H. For serial number 83, the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Meerut, now includes the Commissioners of Income-tax for Ghaziabad, Mujaffarnagar, Aligarh, and NOIDA.
