of <h1>India Approves Export of 10 Lakh MT Non-Basmati Rice; Register with DGFT, Minimum Price $400/MT, Notification No. 60</h1> The Government of India has allowed the export of 10 lakh metric tons of non-basmati rice on a private account, as per Notification No. 60 (RE-2010)/2009-2014, effective immediately. Exporters must register contracts with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to conditions including private stock sourcing, a letter of credit, a performance bank guarantee, and a maximum application of 12,500 MT. The minimum export price is set at US$400 per MT. Applications should be emailed to [email protected], with further details and deadlines outlined in the notification.
