of <h1>Central Government Continues Anti-Dumping Duty on Styrene Butadiene Rubber with Notification No. 99/2004-Customs</h1> The Central Government has issued Notification No. 99/2004-Customs, dated 28th September 2004, to continue the imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) 1900 series. This action is taken under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules for identifying and assessing anti-dumping duties. The notification rescinds a previous notification (No. 73/2004-Customs) from 26th July 2004, except for actions already completed or omitted before this rescission.
