of <h1>Amendment to Company Law Board Fees: New Charges for Sections 58AA(1), 117B(4), and 117C(4); Updates References to RBI Act.</h1> The Company Law Board (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Amendment Rules, 2002, was issued by the Government of India's Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs. Effective from its publication date, this amendment modifies the 1991 rules. Changes include substituting references to section 58A(9) with additional references to section 45QA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and introducing new fee entries for sections 58AA(1), 117B(4), and 117C(4), with fees set at 1,000 and 50 respectively. Certain entries, such as those against serial number 32, have been omitted.
