Deposit acceptance limit reduced under Companies rules, lowering permissible deposit proportion and updating form entries accordingly. The amendment substitutes the prior fifteen per cent figure with fourteen per cent in rule 3(1)(c) and in the Form, Part I, item 2(b) entries (vi)-(viii) and item 4(b) entries (vi)-(viii), reducing the statutory proportional limit applicable to acceptance of deposits.
