of <h1>India Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duties on China and UAE's Vitrified and Porcelain Tiles as of July 28, 2004.</h1> The Central Government of India has rescinded Notification No. 98/2003-Customs, which imposed anti-dumping duties on vitrified and porcelain tiles originating from or exported by the People's Republic of China and the UAE. This decision, effective from 28th July 2004, is exercised under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken prior to this date.
