These exemptions include the requirement for appointing a qualified individual for secretarial duties, and full exemptions from sections such as 147, 160(1)(aa), 166(2), and others. Specific provisions allow for general meetings with 14 days' notice, recording minutes within 30 days, and maintaining books of account for four years. Additionally, board meetings must occur every six months with a quorum of at least two members, among other specified exemptions.
