This amendment involves the addition of four entities to the list of public financial institutions. The newly included entities are Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation Limited, and L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited.
