of <h1>Anti-dumping duty on Styrene Butadiene Rubber from Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, USA, and Korea rescinded under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The anti-dumping duty on Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) imported from Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, USA, and Korea has been rescinded by the Central Government. This decision was made under the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules. The notification, originally issued on May 22, 2000, has been officially withdrawn as of July 26, 2004, with the exception of actions taken prior to this rescission. This change was announced by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, as documented in Notification No. 74/2004-Customs.
