Extension of Income-tax Act notification: eligible hospital equipment and corpus project continued for a further three-year period. The Central Government, acting on the National Committee's recommendation, has notified continuation of Jivan Jyot Charitable Trust's project for purchase of hospital equipment and raising a corpus fund as an eligible project under the Income-tax Act for a further three financial years commencing 2011-12, without any change to the previously approved project cost and corpus fund.
