of <h1>India Amends Export of Services Rules: Brackets and Letters '(zzh)' Omitted from Rule 3, Sub-rule (1), Clause (ii)</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, issued Notification No. 22/2011 on March 31, 2011, amending the Export of Services Rules, 2005. Effective April 1, 2011, this amendment involves a change in Rule 3, sub-rule (1), clause (ii), where the brackets and letters '(zzh)' are omitted from the second proviso. This notification follows previous amendments, including those made on March 3, 2005, and March 1, 2011.
