of <h1>India Amends Export Procedures to Nepal, Bhutan; Includes Punatsangchhu-II and Mangdechhu Hydro Projects in Excise Notification</h1> The Government of India has issued an amendment to Notification No. 45/2001-Central Excise (N.T.) concerning export procedures to Nepal or Bhutan. This amendment, under Notification No. 02/2011-Central Excise (N.T.), updates sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 1 to include the 'Punatsangchhu-II Hydro-Electric Project' and 'Mangdechhu Hydro-Electric Project' alongside existing projects. The amendment is enacted under the authority of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, as per the Central Excise Rules, 2002. The notification was published in the Gazette of India on February 18, 2011.
