of <h1>Delhi VAT Amendment Act 2010 Enforced from Feb 1, 2011 by Order of Lieutenant Governor</h1> The Delhi Value Added Tax Amendment Act, 2010 (Delhi Act 12 of 2010) is set to be enforced starting February 1, 2011. This decision was made under the authority granted by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Finance (Revenue-I) Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the order being authorized by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
