The organization must utilize funds for scientific research, conduct research through faculty or students, maintain separate audited accounts for research funds, and provide certified statements of donations and expenditures. Approval may be withdrawn if the organization fails to comply with these requirements, ceases research activities, or does not adhere to the specified provisions of the Income-tax Act and Rules.
