of <h1>India Revises Tariff Values for Poppy Seeds in Customs Notification 7/2011; Other Goods Unchanged</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 7/2011-Customs (N.T.) amending the previous Notification No. 36/2001-Cus (N.T.). This amendment, dated January 31, 2011, revises the tariff values for certain goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The updated tariff values for Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Crude Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, Crude Soyabean Oil, Brass Scrap, and Poppy seeds are specified, with most values remaining unchanged except for Poppy seeds, which are set at $3317 per metric tonne.
