The SEZ, initially proposed by a private organization, was expanded by an additional 6.8290 hectares, increasing the total area to 142.1031 hectares. This expansion was executed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006. The notification includes specific survey numbers and areas for the newly added land.
