This designation is specifically for establishing a 100% export-oriented unit (EOU). The notification is issued under the authority of Notification No. 33/94-Customs (N.T.), dated July 1, 1994, as amended, and has received approval from the Development Commissioner of the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone.
