This includes products like chocolates, candies, and other food preparations containing milk or milk solids. The initial ban, established on December 1, 2008, and previously extended on June 24, 2010, is now further extended for one year from December 24, 2010, until further notice. This action is taken under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14.
