of <h1>Central Government Approves Noida Cyber Park as Industrial Park Under Section 80-IA, Effective June 11, 2010.</h1> The Central Government, under Section 80-IA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has notified M/s. Noida Cyber Park Private Limited as an undertaking for developing an industrial park at Plot Nos. C-28 and C-29, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This notification, effective from June 11, 2010, is subject to the Industrial Park Scheme, 2008. The notification specifies that no amendments to the project plan can be made without Central Government approval and is void if a prior notification exists for the same location.
