of <h1>Mid Day Meal Project in Fandabad Extended for Three Years Under Section 35AC, Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the Mid Day Meal project in Fandabad, Haryana, conducted by Iskcon Food Relief Foundation, for an additional three years starting from the financial year 2010-11. This decision follows a recommendation by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, which confirmed the project's proper execution. The project, initially approved for three years from 2008-09, will continue without altering the approved cost of Rs. 853.90 lakh. This extension is under the provisions of Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961, as specified in Notification No. 61/2010.
