of <h1>Government Rescinds 2010 Special Economic Zone Notification Under Section 11(1) of SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of Section 11(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, has rescinded the previous notification S.O. 454(E) dated 23rd February 2010. This decision was issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, and published in the Gazette of India. The rescission is formalized in notification S.O. 1899(E) dated 3rd August 2010.
