This amendment specifies that the export of goods, including plant and plant products using wood packaging materials like pallets and skids, is subject to compliance with ISPM-15 standards. The change is effective immediately and aims to regulate the export policy concerning the use of wood packaging materials. This notification, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, is intended to serve the public interest.
