<h1>New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies to Indian Rupees Announced, Effective January 2004, Superseding Previous Notification</h1> Notification No. 115/2003-Customs (N.T.), dated December 26, 2003, issued by the Government of India, sets the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian rupees for export goods, effective January 1, 2004. This notification supersedes the previous notification No. 104/2003-NT-Customs. The rates are detailed in two schedules: Schedule I lists rates for individual units of currencies like the US Dollar at 45.40 INR and the Euro at 56.25 INR, while Schedule II specifies the rate for 100 units of the Japanese Yen at 42.25 INR.
