Rescission of SEZ notification under Section 11 withdraws prior directorial designation for Software Technology Parks. The Central Government, exercising powers under sub section (1) of Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, rescinds Notification S.O. 78(E) dated 13th January, 2010, thereby withdrawing the prior designation of Directors associated with the Software Technology Parks regime created by that notification.
