of <h1>Customs Notification 90/2003 Sets New Currency Exchange Rates for Imports Effective November 1, 2003; Replaces Previous Rates</h1> Notification No. 90/2003 - Customs (N.T.) issued on 28th October 2003, under the Customs Act, 1962, establishes the exchange rates for foreign currencies effective from 1st November 2003 for imported goods. This notification supersedes the previous notification No. 80/2003-NT-Customs. The exchange rates for various currencies are specified in two schedules. Schedule I lists the exchange rates for individual units of currencies like the US Dollar at 45.50 INR and the Euro at 53.45 INR. Schedule II provides the rate for 100 units of the Japanese Yen at 41.85 INR.
