Minimum Export Price requirement revised to exclude foreign commission, requiring exporters to add commission to the MEP. Where any foreign commission is paid at the time of export or subsequently, the MEP must be increased by the amount of such foreign commission, and the prescribed MEP shall be maintained exclusive of foreign commission.
