of <h1>Effective Date for SEZ Customs Procedures Amended to October 15, 2003, Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, have been updated to change the effective date of the notification from August 15, 2003, to October 15, 2003. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and will take effect upon publication in the Official Gazette. The original notification, No. 53/2003-Customs (N.T.), was initially published on July 22, 2003.
