Prohibition on exports and imports to DPRK of items and technology that could aid nuclear or WMD programmes. A prohibition on direct or indirect export to and import from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is established for all items, materials, equipment, goods and technology that could contribute to DPRK's nuclear-related, ballistic missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes, applying irrespective of the items' origin and referencing specified United Nations Security Council and IAEA lists.
