of <h1>Exemption for Coking Coal from Customs Duties Extended to December 31, 1988, per Notification No. 202/88-Cus.</h1> The Central Government, under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification from the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, dated July 13, 1987. The amendment extends the exemption for coking coal from customs duties. The original deadline of June 30, 1988, is now extended to December 31, 1988, as stated in Notification No. 202/88-Cus, dated June 21, 1988. This change is made in the public interest.
