of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duties on Ferro Silicon from South Africa and Macedonia Removed by Indian Authorities, Effective June 17, 2003.</h1> The Government of India has rescinded Notification No. 78/2002-Customs, which imposed anti-dumping duties on Ferro Silicon originating from or exported by South Africa and Macedonia. This decision, effective from June 17, 2003, was made under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and in accordance with the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995. The rescission nullifies the previous notification dated August 13, 2002, except for actions already taken under it.
