of <h1>Government rescinds Customs Notifications Nos. 30/2003, 34/2003, and 35/2003 under section 25(1) of Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Customs Notifications Nos. 30/2003, 34/2003, and 35/2003, which were issued on March 1, 2003, under the Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs, Department of Revenue. This action, effective May 14, 2003, was taken under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, in the public interest. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted under these notifications prior to their cancellation.
