India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Metallurgical Coke Until May 2004 Under Customs Tariff Rules, 1995
The Central Government of India has decided to continue the anti-dumping duty on Metallurgical coke originating from or exported by China. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995. The duty was initially imposed by notification No. 69/2000-Customs, dated May 19, 2000. The current notification amends the previous one, extending the duty's validity until May 5, 2004, unless revoked earlier. This extension is to allow for the completion of the ongoing review process.
