of <h1>Notification No. 79/98-Customs rescinded by Notification No. 72/2003-Customs under section 9A and rules 18 & 20.</h1> Notification No. 79/98-Customs, dated October 22, 1998, has been rescinded by Notification No. 72/2003-Customs, effective May 1, 2003. This action is taken under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and in accordance with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this change. The notification was issued by the Central Government through the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue).
