Under the Customs Act, 1962, the amendments include changes to LIST A and LIST B. In LIST A, entries for S. No. 78 and S. No. 87 have been updated, and new entries (94 to 98) have been added, covering materials like ceramic substrates and plastic films. In LIST B, a new entry (S. No. 9) has been added for pre-calcined/pre-sintered ferrite powder. These changes aim to facilitate manufacturing in the electronic sector.
