of <h1>Government Rescinds Notification on Anti-Dumping Duties Under Section 9A, Customs Tariff Act, 1975, Effective April 2003.</h1> Notification No. 55/2002-Customs, issued by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) on May 22, 2002, has been rescinded by the Central Government as of April 2, 2003, under Notification No. 64/2003-Customs. This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, along with rules 13 and 20 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this notification.
