The amendments involve changes to Schedule-I for serial numbers 2 and 13. The exchange rate for the Australian Dollar is set at 23.50 Indian Rupees, and for the Swiss Franc, it is set at 30.00 Indian Rupees. These changes are made under the authority of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Customs Act, 1962.
