of <h1>Government Rescinds Customs Notifications 133/94 and 177/94 Under Customs Act Section 25(1) Effective April 1, 2003</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 51/2003 to rescind certain customs notifications in the public interest. Effective from April 1, 2003, this action cancels Notification No. 133/94-Customs dated June 22, 1994, and Notification No. 177/94-Customs dated October 21, 1994, both previously published in the Gazette of India. These changes affect customs tariffs and miscellaneous exemption notifications, as part of amendments to notifications 43/2002, 45/2002, 46/2002, and 47/2002.
