<h1>Exchange Rates for Exported Goods Set Under Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962, Effective August 1, 2001</h1> Notification No. 35/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated 26th July 2001, establishes exchange rates for converting foreign currencies to Indian rupees for exported goods under Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962. Effective from 1st August 2001, the rates are specified for various currencies, including Austrian Schilling (2.95), Australian Dollar (23.85), Canadian Dollar (30.50), and US Dollar (46.95). For Belgian francs, Italian lira, and Japanese yen, the rates apply to 100 units of currency. A separate notification addresses import goods. The notification is issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
