of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Appointed for Adjudication Across Multiple Locations Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government, under the Customs Act, 1962, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs from the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to also serve as the Commissioner of Customs at the Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi Airport, New Delhi; Jawahar Customs House, Nhava Sheva; and Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai. This appointment is for adjudicating a combined show cause notice issued to two private companies by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence on February 27, 2001. The notification is dated May 3, 2001, and is issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
