        <h1>Extension of courier clearance to all transport modes and land customs stations, with new courier forms and procedural amendments.</h1> The Regulations are amended to extend courier clearance from air-only to include any mode of transport and land customs stations, substitute and add multiple prescribed courier forms (including new Courier Bill of Entry forms CBE-VI to CBE-X and Courier Bill of Export forms CBEx-I and CBEx-II), and permit authorised agents of courier services to fulfil filing and carriage responsibilities where the person in charge of aircraft was previously specified; related terminology, fee references and administrative designations are adjusted throughout.
