        Container transhipment: Customs need not reseal containers if one time bottle seal serial number is provided before dispatch. Regulation 6(1) of the Goods Imported (Conditions of Transhipment) Regulations, 1995 is amended by adding clause (c): if a container is sealed with a one time bottle seal by the shipping line or its agent and Customs are informed of the seal's serial number, Customs need not seal the container at the gateway port prior to despatch to ICDs, CFSs or ports by rail, motor vehicle or vessel.
