of <h1>Finance Ministry Amends Customs Notifications; Updates References from 1997 to 1998 for Accuracy and Consistency.</h1> The corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, amends Notification No. 109/2002-Customs dated October 10, 2002, and Notification No. 12/2003-Customs dated January 20, 2003. It corrects references from '77/97-Customs dated the 21st October, 1997' to '20/98-Customs dated the 5th May, 1998' in several lines of both notifications. Additionally, references to '607 (E) dated the 21st October, 1997' are corrected to '239 (E) dated the 5th May, 1998.' The corrections are detailed for specific lines in each notification.
