The amendment specifies that the exemption in the original notification will not apply to certain goods when imported from Nepal beyond specified quantities. These goods include vanaspati, acrylic yarn, copper products under Chapter 74 and heading 85.44, and zinc oxide. This amendment is aligned with Condition No. 3 of the Annexure to Notification 40/2002-Customs, dated April 12, 2002.
