of <h1>Central Government Amends Notification to Permit Import and Export Activities at Tiruchopuram Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 62/94-Cus (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994, under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, issued by the Central Government, pertains to the State of Tamil Nadu. Specifically, it adds Tiruchopuram to the list of locations where the unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods, or any class of such goods, is permitted. This change is formalized in Notification No. 54/2000-Cus(N.T.) dated September 21, 2000.
