This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, along with rules 13 and 20 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this rescission.
