Interest rate for customs defaults set under section 28AB, superseding prior notification and applying prospectively. Fixes the rate of interest applicable under the Customs Act provision governing interest on customs dues at twenty-four per cent per annum, and supersedes the earlier notification fixing the rate except as to things done or omitted before such supersession.
