Specifically, it removes the words 'Special Protection Group or' from a sub-condition related to S.No.20 and introduces a new entry, S.No.22. This entry allows goods imported by the Special Protection Group for operational purposes to be exempt, provided a certificate from a qualified Ministry of Home Affairs officer is produced.
