Effective September 12, 2002, under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 4/2002-Customs, which imposed an anti-dumping duty on acrylic fiber below 1.5 denier originating from or exported from Italy. This action, effective from September 12, 2002, was taken under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules. The rescission does not affect any actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this date.
