of <h1>Customs Tariff Act Amended: New Projects Added Including LNG Terminal and Water Supply Initiatives for Economic Growth.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 42/96-Customs dated July 23, 1996, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, to support economic development. The amendments include updates to project listings, such as the Koyali-Navagam-Viramgam-Sidhpur-Kot-Sanganer Product Pipeline Project and the addition of new projects. These new projects encompass Drinking Water Supply Projects for human or animal consumption, the LNG Terminal Project at Hazira, the Mundra-Kandla Crude Oil Pipeline Project, the Panipat-Rewari Product Pipeline Project, and the conversion of the Kandla-Panipat section of the Kandla-Bhatinda Pipeline Project into crude oil service.
