of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Acrylic Yarn from Nepal Rescinded by Central Government Effective 24th July 2002 Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Central Government of India has rescinded Notification No. 105/2001-Customs, which imposed an anti-dumping duty on acrylic yarn originating from or exported from Nepal. This decision, effective from 24th July 2002, is made under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning the identification and assessment of anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect any actions taken or omitted prior to this change.
